Our warehouse sits at Digha on Thane–Belapur Road, which puts us inside the belt that runs from Thane city and Kalwa down through Airoli, Mahape, Rabale, Ghansoli, Kopar Khairane, Turbhe and Vashi to Sanpada and Nerul. Deliveries go out from here on a 24–48 hour schedule, with the exact slot confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Every area below is served from the same Digha warehouse, at the same wholesale rates and with the same GST invoice. Where a locality has a natural material fit, the category page with the sizes and specifications buyers there usually need is linked alongside.
Digha
Digha is home base. Our warehouse and counter sit on Thane–Belapur Road here, at the Digha Naka end of the corridor, and almost every delivery we send out is loaded from this yard. Digha addresses are usually the first stop on the day's dispatch list.
Walk-in buyers are welcome to collect cement, pipes or hardware directly from the yard instead of waiting for a delivery slot.

Kalwa is on the Thane side of Thane–Belapur Road, a short distance from our Digha warehouse, and it is one of the quickest runs we do. Rebuilding work and mid-size repair jobs are the common orders here — cement, sand and aggregate, and TMT bars for slab and column work, often loaded together in one vehicle.
Sand and aggregate by brass or truckload →Vitawa
Vitawa sits on Thane–Belapur Road between Kalwa and Digha, with Digha Naka and the MIDC Road close by. The area is compact and largely residential, so most orders are household quantities of cement, AAC blocks and sand rather than full truckloads.
Small loads are usually delivered the same working day when the order is placed in the morning.

Patni is the area on the Thane–Belapur Road stretch close to Digha and the TTC industrial belt. We deliver building material here on the same 24–48 hour schedule as the rest of Navi Mumbai, for house work as well as for industrial maintenance.
Ghansoli
Ghansoli is a residential Navi Mumbai node between Rabale and Kopar Khairane, with sectors, housing societies and the rail station area making up most of the demand. Cement, TMT bars for building work, tiles and AAC blocks for partitions and interiors are the materials that move here most often.

Kopar Khairane is a densely built residential node where most of the work is society-level repair and renovation — plastering, bathrooms, flooring and terrace waterproofing. Cement, sand, aggregate and tiles go out here regularly, usually in moderate loads that do not need a full truck.

Cement grades for plaster and RCC →Turbhe
Turbhe, at the Turbhe Naka end of Thane–Belapur Road, is the industrial and trading side of Navi Mumbai, with a large MIDC area and the market belt around it. Buyers here are stockists, traders and site contractors who order repeatedly, so bulk and repeat consignments are the norm rather than single bags.
Structural steel sections and plates →Vashi
Vashi is the busiest commercial node in Navi Mumbai — the station area, the market yard belt and the sectors around it. Orders are mixed: cement and blocks for building repairs, tiles and adhesive for flat work, and steel or pipes for shop and office fit-outs.
Vitrified, wall and parking tiles →Sanpada
Sanpada lies between Vashi and Juinagar, mostly residential sectors with its own railway station. Cement, sand and aggregate for repair and extension work come up regularly, along with tiles and adhesive for flat renovations.
Deliveries here are planned around society gate timings and the availability of a lift for unloading.
P-sand, M-sand and aggregates →Nerul
Nerul is one of the larger Navi Mumbai nodes, covering sectors on both sides of the Palm Beach and Sion–Panvel corridors. Society repairs, bungalow work and small contractor sites keep cement, TMT bars and tiles moving here through the week.
TMT bar sizes from 8 mm to 25 mm →Naupada
Naupada is the older, tighter neighbourhood on the Thane side, close to Thane station and the Kopri area. Space is limited on these lanes, so most deliveries are small-to-medium loads of cement, pipes and blocks rather than long vehicles.

Rabale MIDC is the industrial estate inside Rabale — fabrication units, small manufacturing plants and warehouses that buy in bulk rather than by the bag. Expect pipes, structural steel and full-truck cement consignments supplied to the factory gate with a GST invoice.
Consignments are scheduled around the receiving hours of the unit so that material is not left waiting at the gate.
MS pipes for structural work →Mahape MIDC
Mahape MIDC is the estate that gives Mahape its industrial character — electronics and light engineering units, offices and support sheds. Supply here leans on pipes and structural steel for sheds, racks and fabrication, plus cement for plant civil work and repairs.

What is the delivery time across your service area?
Scheduled delivery within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, dispatched from our Digha warehouse on Thane–Belapur Road. Addresses close to the warehouse — Digha, Vitawa, Kalwa, Airoli and Rabale — are often served the same working day when the order is placed in the morning. The confirmed slot is always sent on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Is there a minimum order quantity for any locality?
No minimum. We supply single cement bags or single pipe lengths for household work and full truckloads for projects, and both are billed at wholesale rates with a GST invoice.
Can you deliver to a site or factory gate instead of a shop address?
Yes. Give us the plot or flat number, the site contact and the unloading arrangement — labour on site, our labour, lift, ramp or street drop — and we will send the right vehicle and confirm the receiving window.
