Pricing

Prices listed are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Steel and cement prices are subject to mill rates and may change daily. The applicable price is the one quoted in your invoice.

Delivery

We deliver across Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Site must be accessible to a 7-tonne truck. Unloading is buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Returns

Cement and TMT bars are non-returnable once dispatched, unless found defective at the time of delivery. AAC blocks and accessories may be returned in original packaging within 24 hours.

Liability

Material is supplied per IS standards. We are not responsible for design defects, improper handling, or non-conforming application at site.
